TERMINOLOGY:

• Electrolysis - Electrolysis is a method using a galvanic current to produce sodium hydroxide (ye) in the hair follicle in order to destroy the hair root. This method is slower but more effective than conventional thermolysis, for coarse hair and difficult cases.
• Thermolysis - Thermolysis is a method that produces heat through an H.F., or high-frequency current (also called short waves, radiofrequency, etc). This very rapid technique is widely used for permanent hair removal.
• Blend - The Blend method combines HF and galvanic currents in a single insertion of the needle. The blend combines the rapidity of thermolysis and the effectiveness of electrolysis.
