To register as a professional simply fill out our application form and upload your certification or business license. Your application will be reviewed by our team and once approved an email will be sent to you notifying you of professional access.
Yes! We love helping students who are entering the industry. We'll set you up with a student account; we just ask that you provide proof of enrollment or a student card for the esthetics school you are enrolled in and we will approve your registration.
When you're logged in to the website, your rewards points total will show in the top right hand corner of the website.
To update your shipping address or other account information, please log in to your account and click the EDIT option under the heading MY ACCOUNT.
To redeem rewards, simply click on the rewards tab on the top right hand corner of the site and select the reward you wish to redeem. The app will send a discount code to your email.

Orders up to $500.00 before tax are shipped for a flat rate of $15.00 anywhere in Canada. Orders over $500.00 receive free shipping. Orders shipping to USA are at actual+small admin fee, and based on size & weight of package.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Website notification is sent when your order leaves our loading dock.
Your order will be updated with a tracking number once it has left our shipping dock. Log in to your account and click on the order to view tracking details.
PROBEAUTY Group assumes no responsibility unless damages are reported upon receiving the shipment.
Any damages caused by or due to shipping need to be noted on the weigh bill, and PROBEAUTY Group must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
PROBEAUTY Group accepts returns on unopened and resaleable products for 90 days after the date of purchase with office approval. Please see our full returns policy in our terms of sale.

Yes! We have a service room on site that our teachers use to offer services to clientele. An appointment is required in order to receive services.
