SHIPPING AND PICKUP POLICIES

The customer is responsible for providing a delivery address that allows for the safe delivery of the order. We suggest that a business address be used for delivery so that the customer (or a person known to the customer) can personally receive the order. PROBEAUTY’s responsibility to deliver the order ends once the courier, delivery service or Canada Post deems the package delivered. Proof of delivery can include a photo of where the package was left by the courier and does not require a customer signature. PROBEAUTY may at our own discretion require signature as proof of delivery. Customers must be aware that if no signature is requested, the packages will be left unattended at the address indicated, such as a front porch, front door, patio or apartment lobby. The customer must indicate in the order comments if signature as proof of delivery is required. PROBEAUTY is not is not liable for orders that are delivered to an address where no person is available to receive (or sign) for receiving the order. 

 

Provided your orders are in stock, we will ship your orders within three business days, post the receipt of your order and credit card verification. We ship all our orders via our choice of shipper from the PROBEAUTY Group warehouse closest in proximity to the delivery address. Student Kit orders may take up to 10 business days from the receipt of the order to process and ship.

Estimated Arrival Time: 2-7 business days from date of shipment.

The EDD (estimated delivery dates) are calculated based on which orders are received Monday to Friday, holidays excluded. We do not ship or deliver any orders on holidays and weekends. Moreover, we cannot guarantee the delivery date and time for any order.

 

We offer local Pickup in Edmonton, Monday through Friday. Shipping is free on orders over $200, and a $16.95 flat rate on all other orders within North America. International shipping is also available with pricing based on size and weight.

Additional Standard Shipping charges will apply on furniture and equipment orders.

 

BACK ORDERS

Back orders will be accepted on regularly stocked merchandise. If an item has been backordered, you will receive a yellow backorder confirmation notice with your shipment. Back orders will be shipped upon product arrival at no additional charge.

PICKUP POLICY

If you choose pickup when placing your order, we will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Pickup orders take approximately 24-48 hours or 1-2 business days to process, with the exception of Student Kits, which can take up to 10 business days to process.
All orders, excluding student kits, must be picked up within 5 business days of notification. After 5 business days orders will automatically be shipped to the address on file, and 7500 loyalty points will be deducted from your rewards account to cover shipping and handling charges (if applicable). By choosing the curbside pickup option, you agree to have PROBEAUTY Group automatically ship your order and deduct 7500 loyalty points from your account to cover shipping and handling charges (if applicable) without further notice. 
Student kit orders must be picked up within 10 days of being notified the order is ready for pickup. Any kit orders that are not picked up after 10 days of being notified will be considered abandoned and the order will be cancelled. For cancelled student kit orders, contact your student advisor to place a new kit order. An administration fee will apply to reissue a student kit order.
