RETURN POLICY

1.1 RETURNS AND CREDITS

Returns are refunded in the original form of purchase. If the original form of purchase is not available, a credit will be applied on account. Proof of purchase is required if purchase is not found in customer's purchase history.

Products may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. 

We accept product returns within 90 days of purchase against store credit only.  

Returns after 60 days of purchase are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. 

Items marked clearance, seasonal or purchased at discounted rate are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Returned products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. 

Opened, used or partially used products cannot be returned unless deemed defective. 

1.2 RESTOCKING FEES FOR RETURN ITEMS
0 - 60 days from original purchase date: 0% restocking fee, full refund or credit given. 60 - 90 days from original purchase date: 20% restocking fee. 90 days or more from original purchase date: No returns or exchanges.

1.3 DISCREPANCIES/CREDIT ANNULMENT
No credit or refund will be issued to items that do not comply with the PROBEAUTY Group return policy. Items that will not receive a credit or refund include, but are not limited to: Items that are returned after ninety (90) days. Items that have been used. Items not deemed to be resalable. Items that are marked, labeled, or have been used. Items that have been discontinued. Special order items. Clearance items. Furniture and equipment.

1.4 DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

PROBEAUTY Group assumes no responsibility unless damages are reported upon receiving the shipment.  Any damages caused by or due to shipping need to be noted on the weigh bill, and PROBEAUTY Group must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.  If damages/defects are not reported within 24 hours of delivery, the product on that shipment will no longer be accepted in the following months due to any of the following reasons: Broken pumps, Dented bottles, Expired products, Separation, damaged product or packaging.

Warranty claims for damaged product must be submitted via our Warranty Claim Form.


1.5 EQUIPMENT/FURNITURE
No returns, exchanges or refunds, only manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranty applies to all furniture and equipment. Please see section 2 in our terms of sale for furniture and equipment warranties.

1.6 ELECTRICAL
No returns, exchanges or refunds, only manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranty applies to all electrical. Please see section 2 for electrical warranties.
