Refectocil Starter Kit, Basic Colours

Content:

• 6 x RefectoCil ® colours 15 ml (Pure Black, Graphite, Blue Black, Natural Brown, Light Brown, Chestnut)
• 1 x RefectoCil ® Oxidant 3% Cream 50 ml
• 1 x RefectoCil ® Tint Remover 50 ml
• 2 x Mini Cosmetic Dishes
• 2 x Mini Brushes
• 1 x Eye Protection Papers
• 1 x Colour Guide

Application: 

• STEP 1: Preparation and cleaning of the eye area
• STEP 2: Mix 0.75" of Cream Hair Dye with 15-20 drops of RefectoCil® Oxidant 3% Cream to a creamy paste and apply immediately to eyebrows and eyelashes 
• STEP 3: Leave on for 5 - 10 minutes
• STEP 4: Remove with clear water and cotton pads 

If RefectoCil® Blonde Brow is used beforehand, the application time is reduced to 1 - 5 minutes, with Eyelash Curl or Eyelash to 2 minutes.
