RefectoCil Eyelash Lift Glue is used to apply silicone pads to eyelids and for gluing eyelashes to silicone pads.
For professional use only!
Apply the glue onto the back of the silicone pad and let dry for a few seconds. Apply the silicone pad to the eyelid. Then apply the glue on the silicone pad and fix lashes using the rosewood application stick or eyelash separating tool.
